Questions

Custom orders typically take about 4-6 weeks from the time you approve the design. There can be some variation, depending on the complexity of the design and the time of year it is commissioned. Redesign projects may take less time.

All finished pieces from Atelier Dacko comes with an un-biased third-party appraisal by a GIA graduate gemologist at no extra cost. 

We offer a variety of options to make payments easy. We accept payments from credit cards, wire e-transfers, cheques or money drafts and crypto payments via BitPay ®.

As of right now, payment plans are not offered. All commissioned items require an upfront deposit to cover cost of materials. The remaining balance is to be paid upon completion of the piece.

Yes! We’ve worked with many clients to repurpose their existing jewelry pieces to create something updated and beautiful. If you’re interested in repurposing some old jewelry, fill out the form above to get started.

Yes! If you have a special engraving that you would like us to do on your piece of jewelry, we can accept your order. This is subject to availability of engraving space on the item.
